DEPUTY COO

Tasks

  • Responsible for the operational implementation of the company’s strategy, with focus on product development
  • Strong leadership role across departments to create company unity and the constant transportation of the company’s vision and ensure it’s lived in the company
  • Execution controlling that all product development projects and outputs are delivered on time and in the highest quality as required by management and escalate immediately if problems are identified
  • Monitor and ensure high quality standards in our App: Product, processes, structure and documentation
  • Lead office management department: Ensure the office facilities and services are managed according to the requirements set by the management
  • Design, standardisation, documentation, implementation, operation and continuous optimisation of structure, system and processes
  • Lead and build a world-class operations team
  • Coaching team members and facilitating their personal development by proactively requesting their input and feedback
  • Ensure high quality standards from your team’s output and continuously motivate them to reach the goals

Profile

  • Experience in building a company from the ground up
  • Proven leadership experience and track record for building top execution focused teams in product development and operations area
  • Strong experience with Agile Methods, Project Management and fundamental IT knowledge
  • Work experience in an international environment, that proves high resilience and flexibility
  • Bachelor Degree holder or relevant experience in the business field with excellent results
  • High quality standards for every work output and internally motivated by quality
  • Deadline sensitive and fast to escalate possible bottlenecks
  • Analytic, structured and experienced with handling several projects at the same time
  • Excellent straight forward communication and organisational skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Passionate about technology and willing to develop expertise in any upcoming field
